Sunday afternoon I stopped in to try out an Irish pub & grill. Not expecting much as it is a standard bar I was surprised by the BBQ food they offered. On Sundays they have specials featuring 16 oz beers for only $1.25 and 1/2 price appetizers. We selected a few appetizers to split. From our choices the best was the BBQ burnt ends. The sauce was delicious and the meat was very tender. The jalapeno poppers were good, but the quesadillas were pretty bland. Service was average, but it took a good 30 minutes to get appetizers. I would hate to see how long it would take to get an entrée! This location offers a pool table, video games, outdoor patio seating and live music on Fridays & Saturdays. Next time I would not miss out on some great BBQ…I would stick with that as the rest is pretty much what you come to expect, but the BBQ was mouthwatering.
