Elm Street Marathon for Freddy Krueger fans in Kansas City to prepare for the new Nightmare

WHO:               Vintage Stock, KC Horror Club and Kansas City Freddy fans!

WHAT: Vintage Stock and the KC Horror Club are bringing Kansas City’s favorite Nightmares back to life for one terrifying night!  Screamland Theatre encourages all “Dream Warriors” to come in costume and relive their worst fears at the Nightmare-athon on April 16th to celebrate the release of the new A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET with three of the original movies – A Nightmare on Elm Street, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3:  Dream Warriors and Freddy vs. Jason.  Fans who survive all three films and “don’t fall asleep” will have a chance to win prizes for the new movie!  Red Bull will be present to help fans fight the night.

COST:              FREE! Guests must RSVP to Nightmareathon@gmail.com to receive a confirmation code for admittance to the event.  Code must be presented for entry.  Seating is limited and guests are first-come, first-served.

Synopsis:

Freddy Krueger returns in “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” a contemporary re-imagining of the horror classic.  A group of suburban teenagers share one common bond: they are all being stalked by Freddy Krueger, a horribly disfigured killer who hunts them in their dreams.  As long as they stay awake, they can protect one another…but when they sleep, there is no escape.
