Fiesta Kansas City is the largest Latin themed festival in the midwest held Mother’s Day weekend. With attendance over 30,000, Fiesta Kansas City offers great food, entertainment and fun for the entire family. Fiesta Kansas City features the Margarita Cove which will host Chamber Day at the Fiesta on May 8 and “The Best Margarita in Kansas City” contest throughout the weekend. The Fiesta Fun Zone features inflatables for the kids and with Verizon Wireless sponsoring, will also feature a Nascar display and pampering for moms on Mother’s Day. Bellas Artes artisan village will feature fifteen local Hispanic artists showcasing their talents in different art mediums from photography to pottery. Included in the entertainment will be local dance and music groups as well as national recording artists Los Desperadoz and Fito Olivarez y Grupo Sabrosura.
